How the paper comes out
Tapik lives in the cloud, and the cloud cannot reach the printer on your network. So a device in the venue itself prints it: the Android tablet acting as the POS picks up the receipts and kitchen tickets and sends them to the printer by its IP — bar, kitchen… Nothing else needs to be installed.
Each printer can have its station: the bar one prints what goes to the bar and the receipts; the kitchen one, the dishes. Two venues that share a kitchen can share its printer too.
Print bridge for Windows
It does the same as the tablet, but from a computer: it is for when the POS is a PC and there is no Android tablet switched on in the venue. It is a single file that installs nothing: you enter your GestioERP address and the terminal key, and it sits in the tray printing by itself.
In each venue only one of the two acts as the print agent: with two, receipts come out twice.

Download the APK
On your Android phone or tablet, then open the file. If the system asks, allow “Install apps from unknown sources” and confirm the installation.

Try the demo
The app opens with a demo business already set up. You can try tables, orders and payments without touching anything of yours.

Link it to your business
Open GestioERP in your browser, go to POS → Terminals and show the terminal’s QR code. In the app, tap “Scan QR” and point it at the screen: it will be linked to your business and to that terminal.
